Reservation policy:

In order to make a reservation, an advance payment equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay is necessary, via bank transfer.

Bank account details will be sent to you uppon confirmation.

Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation up to 21 days before your arrival, the full amount of the advance payment is refunded.

If the cancellation is made within 21 days before your arrival, the deposit is not refundable.

In case of early departure, 50% of the total stay value for the days canceled is paid.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash or creadit card payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.

Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Serenity Suites Sea View Houses accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
